About 

My name is Davis McDaniel, and I am currently seeking employment as an Architectural Designer.  My previous position was an Arch I at Rodriguez Studio Architecture in New York, NY.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma in 2015.  Some highlights of my education include knowledge in Revit, SketchUp, V Ray, Photoshop, and 3ds Max.

Since graduation I spent 10 months working as an Architectural Intern at Corgan in Dallas, TX.  During undergrad I traveled to Rome for the  Spring 2014 AIA Rome Study Abroad Program.  Kory Myers and I were awarded Second Place for the STIR Sherwin Williams Design Competition.  I was also selected by faculty to participate in the 2015 ULI Hines Competition.

I am currently on the path to licensure, I have completed my AXP hours and am actively taking the ARE.

Work focused on close collaboration with clients and contractors on a variety of thoughtfully designed residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Was responsible for multiple residential projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

Was employed as an Arch I in Epstein’s New York office. We served as Arch of Record for a variety of projects working in collaboration with design firms. Some projects include the Javits Center Expansion, AC Hotel by Marriott, and AC Hudson Yards Hotel.
