Typologies:

The client’s first requirement is that the majority of the houses have views of the Bay of El Campello and the second requirement is a good solar orientation, so therefore a sustainability study of the area will be made.

Local regulation for the site area is awaiting the final approval so the documentation of project to be developed will be reviewed by local authorities in order to change the actual regulation to meet requirements of the project.

For the feasibility of the project an economic study will be made so that the different phases for the entire area of 18.480m2 spread over 136 houses, may be accomplished.
