A modern duplex was created inside this Pre-War building on Madison Avenue. An open floor plan allows for effortless entertaining throughout the main spaces, rather than a more typical series of formal rooms, expected in a building of this design. Simplicity of form and finishes allows the sculptural stair, as well the client’s significant art collection, to take center stage.
