Located in Jiayinwan plate of
Dongguan Binhaiwan New Area,
this project occupies the prime lot
in the eastern coast of the Pearl
river Delta, an area with a high
potential in the near future. It is also
adjacent to the Shenzhen Airport
and the International Convention
Center, giving it an advantageous
geographical location. Using the
natural environment as landscapes
and taking “embracing everything
in our hearts” as overall design
philosophy. The overall design idea
is to create an urbanized landscape
interface along with all the sites. On
the east side, quickly look at the
community to form a naturalized
landscape interface, natural elements
like mountains and water shapes the
towers
