Dear Sir or Madam

I´m a Spanish architect currently living in the UK. Due to current recession, and after nine years working, I had to seek work abroad, because in Spain there´s not any way where you can keep on developing architectural ideas and works.

Since I finished my degree and I started working in 2004, have focused most of my work in three fields: scheme and detailed design, site management and public contest.

Within the design and site management, my work has been focused on housing, in new construction and refurbishment, both as one-off houses, private residences detached and homes buildings. I have built and designed offices, restaurants and pubs too, even gyms, but my main occupation was housing.

My role, in this field of my work, has been, besides designing a good project, to achieve an approach to detailing and problem solving and both to liaise customers and builders.

Regarding the contests, I have always participated at least once a year in a public contest, either housing building or town planning, in order to develop original ideas that can not be applied in daily basis. Sometimes I was the manager of the team we were, or sometimes I was a collaborator with another architects or consulting offices, but I always enjoyed with my role.

I have collaborated in developing of several master plans for city´s town planning and for refurbishment of big and vintage buildings

I have a blog in case you are interested in finding out about my work:

I offer my experience in whatever field your company is dedicated to. I´m available to do any work related to architecture you think my profile and experience should fit. I'm willing to change my current residence to any city, if the working conditions so require.

Please find attached my CV and do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information.

I can be reached at the following telephone number +44 07748 94 8216

Thank you very much for your attention.

Yours sincerely
