Hello,
My name is Daniel Cancilla and I am a recent graduate with a B.S. in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. I am a native Chicagoan with a passion in exploring the built environment.
I have most recently spent the past three summers working for Kaufman O'neil Architecture, with a focus on single family residential design. I got the opportunity to work on projects during all stages of design and construction, including design development and construction administration.
I love catching a Cubs game, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.

Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Atlanta, GA, US, Bachelors, B.S. in Architecture
In my undergraduate studies I have had the opportunity to take studios focused in office design, experimental design theory, and residential projects both domestic and abroad. The part of the studio design process I enjoyed the most was discovering new ways to respond to the urban environment, and designing architecture that has its own identity while still being a good neighbor. Other academic interests and courses I have had the opportunity to take include
sustainable urban development, construction technology, and digital fabrication. Studios were taken every semester I was at Georgia Tech.
