Duties include:
• Preparing, checking and updating architectural drawing set (plans, elevations, sections, details,
schedules, etc.) for each project stage (schematic design, developed design and construction document).
• Supports team in the use of architectural software tools.
• Provide BIM support for project teams, including project model setup, BIM strategy and file export. Develop and maintain BIM content
• Prepare work flows and team distribution of tasks for each project I have been involved.
• Develop project-specific procedures that help to meet client expectations. Capture and interpret architectural plans making them to reach the local codes and standards.
• Assist in the development of project documentation, interacting with the BIM manager/ BIM coordinator of the client for project-specific issues.
• Coordinate team meetings.
• Make drawing sets to be presented to either clients or local and national state authorities, in order to be approved for construction.
