Responsible for the development of construction document drawings from Pre-Design thru Construction documents, custom millwork drawings and custom furniture designs. Analyzed and approved millwork shop drawings from outside vendors. In charge of quality control, site coordination with contractors, and adherence to all specifications. Developed company policies and procedures, as well as extensive CAD library. Compiled and submitted project design material for various design competitions. Coordinated IT troubleshooting and determined corporate IT needs.

▬ Developed construction documents and interactive design CD package for General Motors and coordination with GM throughout the design and construction of the first Hummer dealership prototype built in Milwaukee, WI and later became the standard for all dealerships..
▬ Developed and managed construction project for standalone Harley Davidson Dealership in Pompano, FL.
▬ Assisted in developing construction document drawing package and coordination for Daytona Automall in Daytona Beach, FL.
▬ Successfully managed and completed complex construction project at the Japanese Pavilion Epcot Center in Disneyworld, while coordinating PDT, Japan and Disney’s strict standards.
