Fargo House is a modern interpretation within the historic context of Old Town Louisville, CO. The home is entirely electrified combined with its highly efficient construction, onsite renewal energy, geothermal mechanical system, and compact site-specific design has yielded a net-zero energy usage. Designed for a couple the use of space is highly effective placing emphasis on the portions of the home where the owners spend the most time. Every square foot of the property is specifically designed and the boundaries between inside and outside are effectively blurred.
