TYPE TEMPORARY CULTIVATION AUTHORIZATION

SCOPE

·      Speedy configuration of temporary cultivation facilities, office trailers, site fencing and security cameras, etc. to pass Florida Department of Health cultivation inspection in a swift 30 days

·      Designed and built-out of Phase I in accordance with the MA plans (greenhouse and accompanying production space) and Phase II to add indoor cultivation and additional production and support space as needed

·      Prepared feasibility traffic and environmental phase 1 engineering studies, completed soil borings and geotechnical report

·      Completed feasibility study for access to water, power and sewer

·      Prepared final architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical designs and construction drawings 

·      Coordinated box and power requirements with clients’ IT, security and data providers

·      Provided technical specifications, signed and sealed drawings, and obtain permit
