وِصَال (Wesal) is the Arabic name of the project.
The idea of the project is to create a link between the society & his traditions and culture; by breaking the borders that have been built between the old city & new city citizens.
the project is touristic educational and commercial in the same time, and the benefits will go to the upgrading of the surrounding community.
