My name is Cristina Puno, a recent graduate of the Master of Urban Planning program at the NYU Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. I also have a background in real estate project development and business management. I am extremely passionate about cities, the comprehensive nature of the urban planning industry, and seeking ways to make everything more environmentally sustainable and inclusive for all people. I am originally from the Philippines, but am currently in New York City looking for a job in the urban planning industry. I take pride in having lived in these two cities that are extremely complex and provide such diverse in urban experiences. I think that the urban challenges these cities face, especially in the Philippines with insufficient resources, provides an opportunity create more innovative solutions moving forward. I believe that every person deserves a proper quality of life in harmony with our environment, and I would like to work hard at helping achieve this.
