Initiated as a residential development project in 2006 by a British developer, it aimed at building about 120 houses for one, two or four families on a previously undeveloped suburban area of about 48 acres, part of it on a lake shore. The target market was that of medium-to-high income population of nearby Cluj-Napoca.

The project was halted late in 2008 for lack of funding.
