Highlighting their ecological importance and the degradation suffered due to the disorganized growth of the city next to them. This research proposes the Culture and Recreation Center as a solution to counteract ecological damage and improve the quality of life of the population.
The project focuses on urban, social, economic, and environmental issues. The proposal aims to restore and regenerate the wetland, raise social and economic awareness, and promote ecotourism. The research acknowledges limitations due to the lack of similar projects in the region but draws upon successful cases in similar areas.
