C o p l a n a r __ is a design, architecture and landscape studio based in Santiago de Chile, founded in 2012 and directed by architects Constanza Menchaca Zúñiga and Hugo Reyes Guerrero.

The Studio works on the proposal and development of design and landscape projects and on the research and management of technical consultancies, seeking through practice to form a mode of doing and thinking about the relationship between territory, people and design.

This “mode of operation” is based on the definitions of The Local, given by the culture and the inhabitants, The Austerity, focused on materials and technique, and The Synthesis, which configures the formal, spatial and/or discursive resolution of each project.

In 2024, Coplanar_ estudio, understands and declares that the “mode of operation” must be for the benefit of ecosystems, creating the TOLDA foundation, with the aim of being an “Exploratory Center” that assures scenarios of Exploration, Practice and Divulgation of coexistence between Nature and Inhabit.
