Four (4) sibling coalesce to build a living compound on a family plot in Ocean Park - the beachside neighbourhood where they grew up.

The principal design parameter was to exploit the benefit of an expectional tropical-urban setting - seeking maximum natural light and ventilation, heat insulation, and communal garden spaces.

On a technical level, derive utmost advantage of photovoltaic power resources, solar water heating and rainwater collecting.

The greening of the site and building is an integral part of the scheme. While preserving the three existing adult trees, the design called for new shade yielding, as well as fruit bearing trees and vegetation to be planted - including on a communal roof top terrace.
