The building consists in single family  beach house in  "El Quijote",  Maldonado, Uruguay. It is a 170 sqm single-storey house, with the following facilities: living room, dining room and integrated kitchen, guest bathroom and 3 bedroom suites. There is a big deck with barbecue that surrounds the house, to which you can go out from any room of the house.
