Since 1982 I have been a part of various Architectural office as part of a team in the preperation of construction documents starting as a draftsman to eventually Project Architect managing staff and completing projects on schedule. In 2006 I began providing architectural consulting services to various firms that has allowed for my development of a broad varying base that on ocations challenged my detailing skills and honed other areas including but not limited to ADA requirements, structural / MEP coordination NYC and Life Safety codes. I have thirty plus years experience and will provide Project Management experience that can make an immediate impact as a consultant or permanent employee to satisfy project requirements.
