Clemson, SC
On Friday, April 13, Clemson University and Clemson University School of Architecture will dedicate its new building, "Lee III," an extension of the Lee Hall complex named for founding school director Rudolph E. Lee. Designed by Thomas Phifer and Partners of New York, in collaboration with McMillan Pazden Smith Architecture of Greenville, SC, Lee III is a beautiful, light-filled building, providing a generous and inspiring work environment for students and faculty. With many sustainable design features, including one of the largest green roofs in the Southeast, the building is net-zero energy ready and expected to receive a LEED gold rating.
