I took this space from an old dry cleaner with dropped ceilings and VCT flooring and turned into a beautifully lit showroom to promote sale of product and interior design services by opening up the ceiling, new flooring, built-ins, new HVAC systems as well as FF&E. I oversaw the project from bidding to project completion.
