The space to deploy the Educational Center was characterized by two main factors: the preexisting football pitch and a storage facility that limited the deployment of the building. These characteristics, as well as solar orientation largely defined design space.
In organizational terms, the spaces were divided into 4 areas along two main blocks: A and C, while the middle one refers to the main entrance hall and vertical circulation of the principal accesses.
This positioning of the circulation is anything but casual. Due to solar orientation, these spaces are bathed daily by light reflected from the sky that provides optimum lighting conditions for the areas of circulation.
On the floor plan there are the spaces that will be utilized by the sports and the visitants. On the next floor it will be settled one Medical Center for the Club. On the last two floors the principal activity is related to the students that come from other countries into the facility to learn and train with the team.
The result was pretty simple using a regular plan.
