Capital One Labs is a "think lab" for the Capital One organization. They have 35 full time employees and wanted a creative open flexible space where nothing had just one function. Conversation booths had built-in storage, desks were sit-stand, hanging panels create a decorative element while acting as an acoustic barrier, the "nest" provides a quiet napping area while also housing AV equipment below. Versatility and lots of color were the primary directives.
