Vocon, Cleveland, OH, US, Brand Communications Manager

I analyzed, developed, and implemented a communications and brand strategy plan, transforming the firm’s business development, client procurement, streamlined internal communication between the firm’s New York City and Cleveland offices, and positioned the firm as a visual industry leader. These efforts were supported by creating visual consistency through unwavering standards of excellence regarding website design, social media, community engagement, photography, and documentary film. Through these efforts I marketed and communicated the firm’s mission of developing a real connection between people and design, igniting growth internally, and inspiring business success.

Working directly with Richard Fleischman, FAIA who founded the firm in 1951, and firm principal, Aaron Hill, AIA, I developed and implemented a marketing strategy that told our firm’s history, story, and passion for design excellence. Everything from the marketing packages, project presentations, social media, website design, and award submissions were all crucial pieces of our firm’s strategy and marketing efforts.

C2P, Cleveland, OH, US, Creative Manager

Working directly with the CEO, and CMO, I developed creative assets, videos, brochures, marketing processes, and operational tools still being used today to help grow top financial advisors’ practices across the country. With turnkey processes to grow, automate, and enhance financial practices, each idea was developed, tested, refined, and proven successful before being distributed as on-demand e-Learning courses, one-on-one coaching, and national workshops.

Richard Fleischman + Partners Architects, Cleveland, OH, US, Marketing Coordinator

This was where I learned a lot of what I carry with me today: Richard’s zest for life and his passion for design excellence. I was involved in all stages of the project process, from business development, proposals and pitches, to design development charrettes and model making. Most importantly, I learned we have a responsibility to create spaces that impact people in a positive way.
