Fronting an urban park, this 52-storey complex is designed as a ‘southern beacon’ on the skyline of the
Central Business District. Completed in Year 2000, the project provides a secure and well-articulated financial operations facility, flexible office as well as recreational facilities. This project was an international competition and I was a part of the team which participated and won the competition.
