Chain + Siman is an architecture and interior design firm based in Mexico City, with years of experience in Mexico and the United States. It is led by Renatta Chain and Lina Siman.

A few years ago, Renatta had her own firm, of which Lina was part as a project coordinator. However, after five years of working together and experiencing both the great communication that existed between them when developing a project and the enormous passion for every design detail they share, they partnered in 2016.

The idea behind the firm has to do with simplicity: the use of clean lines, natural palettes and a close dialogue between light, space and textures. The concept of each project is based on a systematic organization of the design elements, which reveal their physical characteristics and achieve a balance between luxury, aesthetics and functionality.

They have designed residential, hospitality, retail and corporate projects. In each one of them, the synergy between constant dedication, passion for every design detail, customer service and the search for solutions, make up the pillars of each project. Its execution also meets the cultural, functional and operational needs of each one.

Both Renatta and Lina contribute to each project in complementary ways: Renatta, through their many years of experience, and Lina, through innovative design resources. It could be said that, through their unique visions, everything agrees and is linked to create the balance of each proposal.

Their most outstanding works are Casa Rancho Avándaro (winner of the Architecture MasterPrize and Grand Winner at The Grand Prix Du Design), La Acuarima (winner of the DNA Paris 2021 Awards), Los Helechos, Lego Store Guadalajara, Casa Ocre (finalist in the Architizer A + Awards 2021), Casa de la abuela and their participation in Millesime 2019 with the ephemeral restaurant Gravity.
