About

As an Illinois licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in commercial facilities, construction management, and property development, my career is focused on the technical aspects of proper detailing and code compliance to make the design intent becomes a built reality.

My work in property management, facilities and construction management allows me to see projects from multiple perspectives. I prepare permit drawings from the perspective of authorities having jurisdiction and tailor construction drawings to the construction process.

In the field of property management, I have hired vendors, coordinated the efforts of multiple parties, and managed capital improvement projects and tenant build-outs. Capital asset managers and equity partners have relied on my reviews and recommendations to assist them with capital investment and lending decisions. This has included detailed pre-project soft & hard cost estimating, project schedule review, and cash-flow analysis.

From my experience performing property inspections, critical facade inspections, and reserve studies, I also understand the long-term effects of design decisions.

I enjoy building and construction and am looking for new opportunities to grow and serve.
