Total Renovation of an existing tilt-up warehouse facing the 55 Freeway in Orange County. The clients, a multi-brand motorsports dealership, wanted to maximize the freeway exposure, and provide display for the various brand products that they offer.

The exterior design exhibits a main features, a triangular footprint, multi-story  display tower and an overhead display bridge. Both built with a new steel structural system that allows to display each product on each structural bay. Working with short spans allowed for the use of small size structural members, minimizing visual obstructions and construction cost.

The interior layout and design, recreates a motorsports racetrack, promoting the users to follow the clearly denoted circuit, to complete a sequential tour through the various brands areas.
