Key Projects & Accomplishments:
• Wailea Golf Estates II: Budget: 2M to 8M. Design-development of sixteen three-, four-, and five-bedroom semi-custom estate homes located in one of Maui’s most coveted private communities along the Wailea Blue Golf Course. Preparation of construction documents for City submittal.
• 634 Doheny: Budget: 3.878 M. 4-Story Mixed-Use building with one level of subterranean parking including a gym, a restaurant, two levels of offices and a Penthouse on the fourth floor. Developed construction documents for City submittal using Revit. Participated in design meetings.
• 8475 Melrose: Budget: 2.392 M. 2-story commercial retail building with a basement. 12 parking spaces. Developed construction documents for City submittal using Revit. Participated in design meetings.
• 8950 Beverly: Budget: 19M approx. 5-Story Mixed-Use Building with showroom, office with one level of subterranean parking. Participated as a team in the production of the construction documents using CAD. Participated in design meetings.

PUBLIC BUILDINGS
• Potrero del Estado New prison for men: Sub-Contractor for Benito Roggio (Recognized International construction company). I was involved in the construction of a new sector, having additional tasks such as salaries, insurances, material purchases and invoicing.
• Linares Garzon Homeless Children Residence: Sub-Contractor for the Provincial Architecture Department. I was in charge of the redesign and construction of the sewer system.

• SAGE LANE RESIDENCE, Pacific Palisades, CA: Budget $800K; 2,700 sq ft. Orchestrated the development and construction of this single-family residence in a 2-story, 3-bedroom, modern home.
