Produced design, logistics, representation, and a full graphic realization of a 12,000 person senior living oriented town north of Beijing, China. Acted as a production modeler and zoning investigator for a twenty story senior living tower in Manhattan. BIM management for a significant portion of a senior living campus in Santa Rosa, CA during design development. Worked on all design phases for an independent senior living community in Altadena, CA. Focused on consultant coordination, BIM management, exterior detailing, planning and design. Began construction administration work for the same project before relocating to Los Angeles as construction began.
