Designed the interior spaces for all four brands nationwide which required constant communication with the architects, general contractors, & city inspectors. Maintained relationships with all new franchisees to guide them from start to finish on their new restaurant opening. Involved in the maintenance and repair of all corporate stores which included getting bids from vendors and submitting them for approval by the president.

Developed CAD library that was implemented to streamline and speed up the design process for all new restaurant locations.
Maintained upkeep of all corporate stores through maintenance and repair which prevented all stores from closing and losing business.
Developed design manual for Baja Fresh that was implemented for all new store locations by the franchisees across the country resulting in standardized look for the brand.

Provided interior space planning and design for all new dental offices as well as the corporate offices.
Completed construction documents which were submitted to the city for construction permits.

Worked in conjunction with the Director of Real Estate & Director of Facilities to design all dental offices which included the interiors as well as exterior sign package. Coordinated & supervised projects with general contractors, engineers, & architects so that completion could be done on a timely basis. Prepared price proposals and bids for new projects. Worked in the design & installation of all exterior signs.

Participated in new design and renovation for residential apartment complexes and commercial spaces. Also performed onsite surveys of locations for existing conditions & prepared construction documents (e.g. Wall section details, Foundations plans, Reflec. Ceiling plans, etc.) using Autocad 2005 for city permits.
