In this residential project, the goal was to provide the client with the option to have an independent entrance through the basement, in case they wanted to rent the house to students if needed. By incorporating half levels in the design, the social areas were distributed between the ground floor and the first level, allowing the client to maintain privacy. The use of traditional materials combined with steel gives the house a modern feel while preserving a traditional style.
