Draft and survey existing residential projects and design alterations and/or additions. Draft residential and commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, along with restoration, fireproofing, and shop drawings for commercial buildings in New York. I also helped create and draft the office's detail library.

Lead and Organize a group to design an underdeveloped and still under construction, youth hostel's rooftop restaurant, bar and spa. Designs were made based on existing conditions and the young culture of its surroundings. Using our designs and construction documents, the hostel is expected to open December 22nd of 2013.
