The new ownership of a 1960 office building challenged me to upgrade and renovate the dated and worn interior main lobby, the building entrances and facades. The owner desired to add value to the building, maintain existing tenants and increase rental rates. The building had no previous renovations and outdated/worn finishes. I involved in all aspects of the design process from initial schematic design proposals, space planning, and design development including custom detailing, material, and furnishings; and construction management including furniture installation.
Completed October 2004.
