1. Project Management of Torre del Parque II (Prime Offices Building), in coordination with more than 6 teams of various specialties: client / specialists / contractor / suppliers. Automated building with 10 floors and 4 basements, will have LEED certification. Sustainable design that includes Energy Saving in lighting, LED lights, lighting sensors and low water consumption.
2. Review of technical aspects of contracts related to the project and brand standards.
3. Management of more than 20 national and international suppliers (Canada, Italy and Spain) of green roofs, coatings, exterior lighting, carpentry, curtain wall, FCR, among others.
4. Monitoring and control of monthly reports for LEED certification: Indoor Air Quality Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan.
