I have been in the Central Florida architectural industry since 1995. During this time I have designed and managed numerous projects in a variety of styles, sizes and scope; from small residential and commercial renovations to large multi-building complexes and hotel chains. I have also assisted in developing office standards, marketing materials and office procedures to help increase productivity in my firms. My strengths lie in design, production of concise, buildable construction documents and construction administration. I have learned to work closely with consulting Engineers, as well as produce and direct the development of MEP documents in order to provide better integration between disciplines.
The knowledge and talents that I have developed allow me to make easy adjustments and transitions between diverse projects, consultants and tasks. I have experience in civic buildings, commercial, retail, hospitality/hotel/restaurant, residential, institutional and educational. I have recently begun my licensing exams, as well as studying for LEEDS certification.
As you will see from my resume and on-line portfolio, I have extensive understanding within my chosen profession, successfully completed projects to create revenue for my firms, built excellent relationships with my clients, co-workers and consultants so that projects run seamlessly, and proven adaptable and flexible to both internal and external demands in order to manage project teams effectively. I am extremely proficient in Auto CAD drafting and programming, as well as a variety of other programs and rendering media.
