Special features include vegetated roofs, thermal solar heating, recycled timber, open space preservation and a flora-filter water system. Major program elements include 60 lodge rooms situated in cottage clusters, restaurant, spa, meeting facilities and recreation. The project is designed to achieve a minimum of LEED Gold certification.
