Paradise Island

A 17 hectare site which was used as the construction yard for the Third Mainland Bridge is an Island with an existing network of bridge and roads which has been developed into a location for destination architecture- that will offer Lagosians on the Mainland, a new 24/7 destination that expresses the links with water – featuring squares, esplanades, sit out cafes, amphitheatres, etc.
