I am a progressive professional with over 10 years combined experience in Sustainable design, Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management in United States, Canada and India.
I have Bachelors of Architecture, I am certified LEED AP BD+C and NCIDQ certified. I have working knowledge of LEED projects and documentation and sustainable design. I have experience with programming, space planning, construction documentation & specifications, construction administration and management, consultant and vendor management, FF&E, Finish selection, Team leadership, Project coordination. I have working knowledge of every phase of the project and project management for multiple projects.
I worked on LEED projects as part of the team and also as project administrator. My last project was with The NYC Active Design Program (City of NY inter agency project with AIANY and national USGBC) as LEED and Green Development manager. I have experience with Active Design project coordination with for Innovation in Design and Pilot credit. I have compiled and presented seminars and webinars with USGBC and AIA chapters.
I have worked on various projects including not limited to education, retail, corporate, institutions and healthcare. I have worked on various ADA and universal design projects and have great experience in consultant management and project coordination. I have working knowledge of building codes and ADA guidelines.
