I left Wendover after a year and a half and started my own architecture firm, essentially acting in the same role, but as a consultant.  Most of my time was involved in land acquisition and conceptual design in two kinds of multi-family housing: tax credit and student housing.

These are the designs for two student housing projects in Georgia that were completed in 2005.  Note that the top two 12 unit buildings are the same in plan but differ in elevation.  Milledgeville has a typical "Georgia" look while Valdosta is Mission style.  Note that the construction drawings were completed by another firm and the actual buildings today look drastically different from what you see here.
