Responsible for surveys, concept and design development, producing working drawings and final plans in both 2D/3D, rendering and all permitting, as well as construction administration on certain projects. Projects included luxury single-family houses, a 13,000 SF condominium project (adaptive reuse of a 18th-century wine cellar), a 38-room luxury hotel (currently in permit phase), renovation of historic of wine cellar and transformation into residences, as well as a music rehearsal hall.

Founded this small design company with two associates. Work included design and renovation projects, including feasibility studies, single family home additions, pool houses, and a city music hall. I was responsible for project management from schematic design to construction, 2D/3D drawings, and client management. We also designed and built custom furniture.
