As you can see from my resume, I am a seasoned construction professional. The knowledge, skill and patience necessary to navigate my way thru the complexities of negotiating with governmental agencies, design professionals, trades and clients, have all been acquired along my career path.

I was responsible for the hiring and scheduling of trades and suppliers. The end goal; To minimize construction time and maximize profits, while maintaining the highest construction standards. The proper management of people and assets are the keys to success.

My experience extends to several varied fields. The end result always being the same; To satisfy the wants and needs of all stakeholders, corporate managers or high net worth individuals, while still maintaining maximum profitability.

The bulk of my experience in the construction industry is with very detailed one of a kind homes for high net-worth families. However, there is also a wide range of commercial and public projects to my credit, including my current position as a Resident Engineer/Superintendent with The LiRo Group.
