The Ann Arbor Arts Academy program combines studio spaces, apartments, and cultural spaces centered around a semi-public plaza. A grand staircase rises through the building, leading visitors on a comprehensive pathway from the plaza up to the penthouse library and roof garden.
The comprehensive studio project incorporated collaborative design work, structural and mechanical design, and sustainable strategies.
