Built a marketing department for a multi-disciplined engineering, construction services, planning, and landscape architecture firm with specialized functions to deliver in-house services. Operated department from 3 offices and grew from a staff of 3 to 13 to support a 1,200-person firm with 22 offices overall. Provided corporate leadership as member of the Executive Committee.

• Developed and implemented corporate and discipline-specific marketing planning process
• Crafted and managed corporate and region-specific marketing budgets and staffing levels, overall budget responsibility over $3 million
• Developed communications, confidential information memorandum, presentations, and critical data for two private equity transactions
• Rebranded the firm from four unique entities into a single cohesive corporate brand and image
