Restoration and expansion of a sixty five year old Lima house. In 1947, San Isidro was a suburban residential area, at that time Lima had over half a million inhabitants, today it is a ten million metropoli, configured around six centers, San Isidro is part of the most diveloped one.
This building suffered no variations since it was built, its functionality needed to be updated and all the technical instalations renewed. These chages were made keeping its original brick structure intact. The expansion on the third floor is a light wood and metal structure that clearly expresses the two moments in the life of this town house.
