Renovation to the historic Iowa Theatre Building, home to Theatre Cedar Rapids, after it was devastated by a flood in 2008.  Key to this project was securing unused tenant space at street level to open up the entire theatre lobby to the public view.  The theatre is now a dynamic and integral part of downtown Cedar Rapids and has experience tremendous growth thanks to the expanded facilities that came with this project.
