This addition of a Patient Care Pavilion to the regional hospital in Parkersburg, West Virginia almost doubled its total size and added a much-needed second public entrance to the south of the existing facility. The plan inserted a new circulation armature that maintained clarity of way-finding for public, patient, and staff and coherent organization in the arrangement of new and relocated programs.
