BGA offers a full range of Architectural Services, including Site Evaluation, Master Planning; Building Envelope Analysis; and Schematic Design through Contract Documents and Construction Administration.   Our Interior Design Services feature: Schematic Design; Design Development; Contract Documents; plus Construction Phase Services.  BGA’s experience in designated Historic Landmark properties is extensive and we have attended meetings with and presented documentation to the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.  An important component of our service portfolio includes Water Mitigation.  BGA services include building analysis (both exterior and interior), equipment requirements (type, transport, deployment and storage) and adherence to FEMA requirements.
