Lucille On Roosevelt

Sited just blocks north of the University District in Seattle, the Lucille on Roosevelt is a new mixed-use development featuring 106 residential units above more than 3,500 square feet of commercial space.

The project activates the northern blocks of the Roosevelt commercial corridor with increased density and street-facing commercial spaces including a new location for Armistice Coffee serving both coffee and cocktails, and a soon-to-be-opening coworking space, Seven Starlings Workloft.

The building concept is structured around an interior alleyway, granting pedestrians a dynamic experience while passing through on their way to the future Roosevelt light rail station, the bus stop, and the various cultural activities the Roosevelt neighborhood has to offer.

This is a milestone project for Board & Vellum, as it was the first to integrate our architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture studios all on one project.
