With more than twenty-five years of Architectural and Design-Build experience, and as a Design Project Manager, Bruce uses his experience, involving a number of building types including residential and custom homes, retail stores, shopping centers, restaurants, healthcare, and community centers to create and complete your project. Bruce will also use his past experience as Project Planner, for the Orange County Environmental Management Agency, to bear as the firm’s governmental liaisons as needed.

He will provide project management oversight for all phases of the project from inception through construction to project closeout. He is responsible for maintaining  your project schedule, integrity and budget.  He manages the project support team, interfaces with clients, staff, consultants, principals and contractors and governmental agencies as required.
