This is a proposal to utilize space to the maximum and build on top of expressways functioning working or living spaces. In the elevation u can a custom design framing the gives the structure an interesting look as the arch embraces the street and cars pass by. The curtain wall is protected from direct sunlight in the morning by metal shades, that keep the interior cooling for the employees. There are 4 elevators but 2 can be canceled to retain city code. Also 2 sets of stairs to comply with city code.
